Holly brings more than 15 years of professional experience spanning risk management, contract procurement, and safety and leadership training. Vice President of Operations Technology
David brings nearly 20 years of experience developing automated test, control, data analysis, and software systems for the aerospace and traffic control industries. He holds multiple U.S. patents, including four related to traffic monitoring and violations, and brings deep technical expertise to the development and deployment of Altumint’s technology.

Retired Police Commissioner, City of Boston
With 35 years in law enforcement, Ed brings extensive experience in public safety, community policing, and crisis leadership. He served as Boston’s Police Commissioner and previously led the Lowell Police Department, where he championed evidence-based and community-focused approaches to policing. His experience includes guiding Boston’s law enforcement response to the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing and advising on public safety and security matters nationally and internationally
Mark Magaw
Retired Chief of Police, Prince George’s County
Mark brings more than three decades of law enforcement and public safety experience. During his career with Prince George’s County, he held multiple leadership positions and helped establish specialized units focused on gang enforcement and civil disturbance response. His background also includes executive leadership, regional public safety collaboration, and extensive training through national law enforcement and emergency management organizations.

Mark brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in technology, communications, and global operations. During his career with Motorola Solutions, he held a variety of senior leadership roles with responsibility spanning strategy, sales and marketing, research and development, software and services, and supply chain operations.
